Vultures are so important to our environment. They are nature's clean-up crew.
Having helped care for vultures at the Center for Birds of Prey, I can attest for the fact that they are social family oriented birds, gentle, and very clean. They enjoy preening and washing their head in water after eating.

Thanks! When volunteering at the Center for Birds of Prey I was able to assist in the care of these valuable birds. I learned more about their sweet gentle ways and personality. It is my hope that people will become more educated about the importance of these amazing birds and all birds.
